This year’s “Ursus” will be a festival of opposites and connections. Three concerts where modernity will meet with the past. The contradictions are, after all, only virtual; musical styles – just an illusion, which hides the essence. Especially close are Baroque and Jazz music: improvisation, walking bass \/ basso continuo, interchangeable solo and tutti parts … if we look at purely musical connections. However enjoying music connects everyone. Not only active musicians but also the passive listeners – another apparent contradiction, which dissapears in the moment of the all-embracing experience of Music.<\/p>\n
